  • My washer broke and I am leaving town soon, so I brought my laundry in for their fluff and fold service. They told me it would be ready Monday, but when I went in on Tuesday afternoon, it wasn't there. I had to go back again Tuesday evening. When I opened the package, everything was wrinkled, like it had sat for hours. Not wrinkled from folding, but wrinkled through. I had to put everything in the dryer to fluff it. I just paid $40. What a waste of money.
