  • Cute and slow pace mall. The people are great too! I wish they had some more stores like forever 21, GAP, J Crew etc. They should also keep the mom and pop stores because that is what gives PTC character. This mall should boom with more desirable stores when Seaton is all developed. I definitely see the potential with a renovation in the future. For Durham shoppers in the meantime. It's BEST to go to Oshawa Centre.
