  • We came back to a room that was never cleaned. Upon calling front desk, we were told we must have put a no service sign on the door or that too much personal stuff was left out preventing cleaning. Really? We did not put the sign on the door, nor did we leave "too much personal stuff" out. The cleaning staff was too lazy to do our room, and the front desk was too lazy to do anything about it. I would not recommend this hotel.
