  • Stopped at this location to get a coffee just before our appointment across the parking lot at H&R Block. If it is possible to give minus stars I believe my experience there would be a -5. It was really unbelievable how unmotivated and uninterested the employees were to even acknowledge us. I stood at the counter several minutes while at least 3 different employees walked past and not one greeted us or acknowledged we were there. Once we finally got waited on I ordered 2 lattes and two donuts. The employee put the two donuts in a bag and handed it to me and then I thought he was going to make the lattes. I sat down at a table and waited and waited and waited. Then ... I took a bite of the donut and it was hard and stale. I went back up to the counter and was going to speak to the employee about it but no one ever came back. After waiting about 10 minutes with no coffee ... I left the stale donuts on the counter and left. No way was this at all an exaggeration. If I'm honest, I may have cut them some slack on just how long we were in the store with not one single greeting. We were the only customers in the store. I now know why. Terrible experience. Truly terrible.
