| - I give this rat hole no stars!I lived here for almost 3years and the 1st 2 were great! I then moved to a larger unit to misled by the model. The leasing office staff, carpeting, appliances, parking, dog poppie lawn, nasty pools, and maintenance team ALL SUCK. My neighbors wore bricks for shoes and the turn over rate was unbelievable. I can admit when I moved in in 2012 it was nice, but went down hill after the second year. All my experience with the front office staff was unprofessional and rude. My carpet was old and pieced together, looked like it had been in the apartment since it was built. The storage units in my wing had been broken into a few times. You better have company come over before 5pm if they want a parking spot because parking is horrible. My guest bathroom flooded at 2am due to a old toilet and the turn off valve was rusted and stripped so, my whole apartment flooded all the way to the master bedroom and storage closet. The maintenance man showed up an hour later reeking of liquor without the correct tools to shut it off. My apartment was stinky and wet for 3 days had to call the the office myself to have the toilet repaired. The office manager never reached out to me until I called her and she showed no compassion toward me or my kids situation and things being destroyed. We had to live in one room if tge apartment while all my things were piled up and these big dryers ( that i had to pay the electric bill for them running) ran for 3 days. I had to continue to contact the front office to instruct them on every move. I was not compensated for any of the mishap that was called on the apartments behalf. All I got was attitude and rudeness from everyone I spoke with. They show you these beautiful models and when you get your place ugh nothing like that perfect little model. Fyi check your apartment before you sign the lease. Check the apartment pools and parking out on a weekend night. The dogs poop anywhere and it never gets picked up. The killer is when you move out! They try and charge you for normal wear on a place. I got hit with a 1000 bill after I moved out for some of the most petty charges. So, study your tenants rights, half of the things they try to get away with is illegal under Arizona tenant rights. My words to you is please do your picking wisely because this place sucks. What glitters isn't always Gold. The turn over rate for front office staff and tenants is crazy all because of the customer service. You would be better off moving in those condo's around the corner on 99th a few more bucks for a way better living experience. BEWARE OF THE WAY THEY PRESENT THESE RAT TRAPS @ the villas!
