I assisted my mother in researching new cars for purchase. She decided to go with a Mazda 3 brand new. We had a pleasant experience with Jacob (no longer there). I advised my mother to waive the extended warranty and the sales man with a Eastern European accent began to show frustration with her. At that point I advised her to sign for the car price only and drive her new car home. Fast forward she is fighting to redeem a free oil change that was promised from Jacob. Additionally, notes were left on her account that they conveniently cannot find now. JUST A TIP-the manager is the sole cause for this location's bad reviews because he enables his staff to rip consumers off consistently. We are currently filing a complaint with their corporate office and BBB for the unresolved oil change issue.
