  • I just finish put in a complaint to BBB, you need to honor you warrenty, quit finding blame on everyone else or something someone did. stand by your product, you can't find a reason not to do something when you won't even come to my house and look in person, I'm doing all the work. Even your service men said this company will find every reason not to garentee your warrenty. Stand by your product, if you feel that strong about it. And if it is worth it. People out there be careful, at first the system was amazing, but after having it for 2 years, thing start to fall apart, then you see the 5 stars will end with 1 star.....that will happen. I promise. This company is so much like alot of companies out there. They can talk to talk, but thats it.
