  • So sadly my last visit was anything but welcoming. I came 30 min early before my appt and they took me as soon as I came in. I expected perfection like I normally receive and it was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. So I decided to get a refresh which includes a wash, a dry, weave tightening and styling of the hair. They had me under the hair dryer for 2 hours! Yes 2 HOURS! I told them I had an appt a few hours after my hair appt and they didn't even care. They checked on me maybe 2 times during the service. Then had me wait for 30 more min before anyone even started my hair. The lady who flat ironed my hair was nice, (the only nice thing about the visit) then I had to wait again for the mother of the owner (Rapunzel I believe) to tighten my hair. When I went to her station she laughed and said "you missed your appt" so while she was tightening my hair, all she kept repeating was I hate doing refreshes and just get a new weave done. She then blow dryed my hair again and put it super close to my scalp almost burning me. Once I left and went home, I realized that I had a track loose. It was a horrible experience. The only reason they got 3 stars was because I normally don't have issues.
