  • Busy as any location. Staff is typical government employees, doing their "best" in the most "efficient" manner possible. The Information window, however was very helpful and cooperative. I took away 2 stars for poor wait line arrangements. I was among those standing on the baking sun outside the building in the line to the information window when one man lost his contentious due to overheating/dehydration (or whatever it was), so he was taken away on the ambulance car. I'm sure that was not the first incident of people collapsing standing in line, which is a type of issue highly suggested to be worked on and improved.
