  • PHX is not bad. It's a little dull but all in all is good. You can kill some time and spend some money at the shops before the security check but your options considerably diminish as you pass the TSA checkpoint. Another thing is TSA greeters at the very front of the line need to chill out a little. There's no need to be rude or unprofessional. We are all humans and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. I have witnessed a number of people of different age groups and color verbally abused by the TSA staff during my many trips through here and the practice still continues. Not cool. Not fun. Kills the mood for all people - the participants and witnesses. Just be civil. No one is asking you to be cordial or G-d forbid smile but dang it - be normal. Don't bark at kids and older adults because they went into the wrong line.
