  • We purchased a new Rheem water heater from Home Depot and after installing found that we were unable to light the pilot light. Called Rheem support and they send out Union Plumbing. We got a prompt phone call right away that morning, and Joey came out a few hours later in the time window they gave us. Joey was very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Thanks!
