  • Run far away!!! I have had two floods in less than 8 months, they left me homeless and didn't repair the last flood appropriately so mold is probably growing as I write this. My kids bed and room were covered in ants. The mosquitoes are horrendous. The pools and hot tubs are down more than they are open. The staff is not helpful at all and the manager Kristen is clueless. She will just stare at you until you get annoyed and walk away because she literally has no idea what she is doing and doesn't know how to find out. I had to go to her boss and he said my flood from their washing machine was an act of nature ... again clueless. They will tell you it was built by a homebuilder so the floors and walls are thicker. Don't believe them!!! My kids get no sleep because of the neighbors. My toilet clogs every single day yet they don't snake it out. My oven electrocutes me and they won't replace that either. The patio is huge but you can't enjoy because they flood the place with sprinklers and have mosquitoes everywhere. My garage is two buildings away so I can only use it for storage. The maintenance are lazier than I have ever dealt with in any apartment. And be forewarned, if you get a flood, they will leave you there to help move all the heavy furniture with the carpet extractors, even when it's their property's fault. Highly overpriced for what you get. Move somewhere else and drive...this place is not worth the headache. I don't write reviews and I don't like to give somewhere a bad name but this is someone's home and they don't care!!
