  • I called Rob to start up our new computer and look at our old one to see if anything was salvageable. Rob was great. After he got started, he checked in with me as we went thru the start-up (instead of just assuming what I wanted). He did a "wellness" check on my old computer and updated a few things and its working great. So, I was able to send the old one to a family member. I feel more like a client than a customer because Rob is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and seems to really care about what he does.
