  • Ordered a computer chip key online then went to Gene's to get it copied. The person who originally cut the key, wasn't cut right and I thought I was out of a key and service I paid. I called later to speak with the manager and ended up talking to Steve. He told me that he was going to it right by giving me another key. I went back to the store the next day, gave him the originals to copy and in less than 2 minutes I was out the door. Thanks Steve!
