  • Today the GM Tony called me and talked to me about my situation the other day at Costco. Tony was real respectful and said that that wasn't the way to handle this situation and that they should have made an exception because it was just diapers and that he will address the issue and it would never happen again. It took a lot of the bad taste out of my mouth. Thanks Tony for the call me and my family will give it a second chance. A lot of companies wouldn't of even call back and tried to fix the problem but he did.
