  • Yuzu is impeccable. I stopped in here on a business trip, upon the recommendation of fellow yelpers, and was extremely impressed. I had the chirashizushi and a glass of saki. The chira selection was perfect - tuna, clam, salmon, sweet shrimp and a generous portion of sweet egg. Also included was the first seaweed salad that I've ever enjoyed - usually it's too fishy for my tastes. The sweet shrimp head was perfectly fried - not overdone as I've seen at other sushi restaurants. Decor is minimalistic, but modern. Staff is attentive and polite. Highly recommended!
