  • Worst customer service ever!! The installer, who did a terrible job, blamed the poor job on 'inferior tile from Monterey.' When we asked Monterey to put in writing that it was an installer problem, and not a tile problem, they refused, even though they sent a representative out from Monterey to inspect it. The inspector agreed that it was an installer problem, but because the installer buys product from them, they refused to do what was right. Run, don't walk, from this poor company.
