rev:text	I used Arizona Event Rentals for a dance floor and cocktail tables for my wedding reception. I originally spoke with Michael who was very pleasant and had a quote to me the same day. Very reasonably priced so I said let's do it! On the day of the delivery, I was a little disappointed only because according to the email I had received, they were 30 minutes late and no phone call. I think it's just my luck when it comes to this sort of thing, but I ALWAYS end up having to be the one doing the follow through/follow up because the ones providing the service fail to communicate...it's annoying, especially on the day of my party. Anyhoo, I called and spoke with Michael who said the driver was running late and that he would call me. I told him thank you and that I didn't need the driver to call me, that I was just looking for some sort of communication since they were already late. The driver called me and was at my house about 10 minutes later. Set up was quick and efficient and everything looked great! Nice and clean and good working condition. The teal tablecloths were the exact color I was hoping for! Pick up day... AGAIN 30 minutes past the 4 hour window and no phone call so I called. Michael answered and said they were almost here, which they were because 5 minutes later they showed up. I don't know who exactly it was because I didn't go outside, I let my Husband deal with it. There were no issues with the pick up. My biggest complaint is lack of communication. Had there been phone calls made when they should have been, this would've been a 5 star rating.
