  • We decided to try this place based off a news article naming the Tipsy Burger as the best burger in Wisconsin. Hmm, I think the person who wrote the article missed Dotty's. Anyhow, went here with my husband and son. Husband and I each had a Tipsy Burger per the article's recommendation and our son had the kid's burger. We also ordered onion rings and fries. Burgers were okay, but were swimming in grease. Onion rings were drowning in batter. Fries were nondescript. The biggest issue we had was the service. The waitress dropped off our food and disappeared for the entirety of the meal. She didn't check back on us once and we needed drink refills, etc. We timed it and she didn't come back to our table for 30 minutes after dropping our food off... After we were finally able to pay our check we found out why the lack of service - all staff were up front watching Badger Basketball.
