  • I've used lincoln air many times for my rental properties. And as usual, an AC unit had to have problem in the middle of AZ summer. I called them, and Andy came out within a couple of hours, he helped replace the motor and was very thorough and made sure all else was good. He also understood what things to leave as is when it is a rental property vs what had to be fixed for a primary residence. Needless to say, I will be calling them again if I need anything else.
