  • I have been in the market for my first motorcycle and there has been nothing fun, exciting, or positive about Ride Now Peoria. Customer service is awful and they take priority and take care of customers who are ready to make a deal. They could care less about the first timers like myself. I tried financing here and they had me waiting an entire day until closing time with no results and the salesmen were clueless about the status of my application. I am so heartbroken and clueless as to why this is such a hard process. They aren't willing to help me work out any deal. I continue gracing them and giving them multiple chances at ride now peoria, but I continue to get the same type of customer service each and every single time, which is treated like a peasant who doesn't have any worth. I'm a hard working individual with a great credit score, work history, credit history, but yet, I can't for the life of me get anything here. I can only hope i have better luck at another motorcycle dealership. Please, I encourage everyone to stay away from this place! terrible!!
