  • If I could give negative stars, I would've. We had water leaking into our apartment for 37 DAYS before it was actually fixed!!! When I refused to pay the months rent due to unlivable standards, they got us with penalties/fees and we got a letter from their lawyer, threatening to either sue or evict if not paid in full.. The management offered nothing other than "theirs nothing we can do". I've never even heard of a place that seems to care SOO LITTLE. We've had maintenance requests for months and not even an attempt to resolve them. When we finally visited with a lawyer, the first words out of his mouth was "oh yeah, we KNOW the Capri.....ha ha ha ha!" Always the words you want to hear when they're talking about the place you live. Unless you need a place to sue and to pay your retirement.......DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
