rev:text	What a nightmare. From not being ready and clean upon move-in, mandatory and invasive 3 month inspections, to charging me for light bulbs that never existed in the first place. Not to mention doing nothing or caring to do anything for you when the AC breaks mid summer. You'll get taken advantage of and put on hold until you get hung up on or you hang up. Please don't make this decision. You'll regret it immediately after you sign the lease.
