  • Vladimir is a great guy and extremely competent. After calling two other highly rates companies who did not return my phone call I then called Phoenix Appliance Services. Vladimir answered my call after hours and offered to come by the next morning to repair my upright freezer. He was right on time and quickly diagnosed and explained the problem which unfortunately was very expensive for a seven year old freezer. He suggested that I give it some thought and said that he would return without a second trip charge should I choose to repair it. After some online shopping I chose to purchase a new freezer from Lowe's. You will not go wrong if you call Phoenix Appliance Services.
