  • Terrible terrible! We went in on April 26th around 1:30 pm. We waited in line for 20 minutes, with no movement in the line. There were 2 girls working the side servicing pre ordered cakes. No one was working the main counter area. We weren't the only ones who left. We went down the street and got a dozen mini cupcakes from The Cupcakery. They were busy, but we were in and out in 10 minutes. Won't be back to Freeds.
