  • This place has everything, though most things are same price as the stores or even overpriced. In general, place is fun and very crowded. Good for family and kids. Mostly Hispanics are here I'm probably the only Asian there. Mexican music is played everywhere. Very energetic atmosphere. Haggling is off limit here and I dislike that part. I know stuff and I know the price and some things are just ridiculous. I get it they're making a living and stuff. Some stuff are just really in bad shape idk why they're selling it. There are some antique items here that caught my eyes. They literally sell everything here from bras to shoes to video games all types and some really old stuff. Some guys were selling organic honey also. It's fun to go through all the stands but I recommend go with a person who somewhat fluent in Spanish or else you might feel lost. They have food stands but mostly finger food, nothing special or fancy. I had a fresh coconut being chopped right in front of me to open for the coconut juice, after we drank all of it and poured into a cup, they broke it in half and scooped the flesh inside. It was really delicious and refreshing I loved it. Many fruit drinks stands around. I had chamango or mangonada. It was delish, $5 for a small but they filled all the way, well garnished with chewy stuff. Then I ordered 4 tacos that took 20 minutes to make and it wasn't even busy. I had this sandwich made with soaked red and soggy bread with inedible fillings. My friends and I later had huge stomachaches and diarrhea. It was terrible and the food gave us food poisoning. I'm pretty sure it was the mango fruit desert thing mangonada or chamango bc only two of us got the diarrhea and we were the only one that ate the mango thing Over all experience is fine, fun place to hang out and to spend sunny day. I don't recommend the food bc I think it's really unsanitary. I though recommend everyone to bring their own cold water or whatever drinks bc it was really expensive there
