  • Came here last year, we had a wonderful time. The boats were great, the staff was friendly, and the conditions were perfect. This year? Staff was friendly as expected, conditions were perfect, but the boats sucked donkey nuts. I can't believe how jipped i felt from the whole thing. The first boat they tried to give me wouldn't start. 15 minutes later they gave me a crappier boat that was slower then the kayaks. They assured me once i got it going it would be fine. They were wrong. It took me 20 minutes to get to the islands at its full speed when the one i had last year took 5 minutes. When we came back tried to complain to the staff; they looked like dear in headlights, and gave me the business card of the coordinator, Kristen. I intend on emailing her, but i doubt I'll get anything satisfactory back. You don't pay $75 to not enjoy the excursion. What a disappointment. I doubt I'll be coming back and i forewarn you to make sure not to compromise. If the boat sucks, turn around and get your money back.
