  • This will be my tenth call to the office. I have called to request my results from some tests as well as a referral that the doctor wrote for me. I was told they would call me back every single time yet one week later still have not received any call back. Originally they called me with results to labs that I did not have done. HIPPA violation? 100%. So when I called back to request my actual results since they left the results to someone else's labs on my voicemail and they said they can't help me but will have someone call back. Which leaves me wondering if my results were left on someone else's voicemail... Yet again no call back. This time I called waited on hold for 15 minutes only to have someone answer then put me back on hold for another 10 minutes only to pick up and hang up on me. Here I go again calling and waiting on hold with an estimated wait time of 17 minutes. All I need is a simple fax with results and referral that has already been written. It is not brain surgery but apparently the incompetent staff is unable to do it. I am very upset because I really liked the doctor, but the rest of his staff completely ruins it for me.
