  • When I walked in the door I noticed the very small sitting space occupied by 2 elderly ladies. Bravo appears to cater to primarily elderly clientele . ( no offense ) this is not a young,trendy, or by any means an "upscale salon". the furniture ( waiting area) is a bit rickety and the stations are very cramped together. The whole salon is very cramped. I thought i was going to either knock something over or break something if I wasn't careful. Nice people here just not what i consider an upscale salon. My $60.00 cut was ok but I don't think it was the best. A few mistakes noticeable when styling, layers long on one side short on the other ( in spots) I went back to have it fixed. My stylist was over 20 min late. I was surprised she didn't call to say she was running behind. I was a bit bothered waiting and no one knew where my stylist was or why she was so late, but they did explain what a nice person she was. Nice people friendly but not what I'm looking for. The place looks old and kind of cheap. Did I mention the sign asking clients to leave their kids at home? After the appointment the owner emailed pushing for reviews and suggested several sites for them to be left at. I won't be back to bravo salon. I would not recommend this salon to a friend.
