  • This was my very first time stepping foot in an actual Krispy Kreme. There aren't too many back home. I always used to just buy whatever doughnuts I can find in the grocery store. Anyway it was pouring rain when I went but I was glad to see the big red Krispy Kreme sign on the window still shining bright. I was a little disappointed the doughnut making machine wasn't on but maybe that's because it was pretty early. I'll try to catch it in action next time! Anyway there was a pretty large variety to choose from. They had the classic glaze and also had other flavors like Oreo. I decided to go for a 3 pack. I got the regular Glazed, Oreo and Birthday Cake. Typically I DO NOT like glazed donuts. ( I know I'm a weirdo) but this glazed doughnut was different! I now see what all the hype is about. It wasn't warm but it wasn't cold and hard like other places *no shade*. It was soft and not sticky at all. Needless to say I loved it and will be back for more. Also the birthday cake was good. The Oreo had a really good filling. I plan to go back when it isn't a tsunami outside and try some of the other products there. Until then I'm a happy customer
