  • I'm super disappointed to have to write this review. I have been here in the past and had a fabulous experience. The salon is very clean and organized and everyone there is very nice and accommodating. I came in last Saturday for a nail appointment with Dana. Unfortunately I will likely not come back. First of all, the color is not anywhere close to what I chose on the color wheel. I believe that Dana did not give me the correct amount of coats. The second coat of polish she dipped in the bottle one time and did all ten nails. What really has me upset is that Dana sanded down my nails so much that they are now paper thin. I don't know why some nail techs choose to do this? Perhaps so that the gel chips off sooner and we have to come back sooner to get the next gel manicure? Two days later and the gel is already chipping off of my nails. I won't be able to get my nails done for some time now as my nails are way too thin to be redone. Overall disappointed with the service received at this salon.
