rev:text	I called and got a estimate for my window switch which needed to be replaced. I showed up and everyone seemed very nice. Then I was sitting inside waiting for my car and then I was told that they have ordered the wrong part and that the price would be going up by another $150. I was not prepared to pay that. I observed conflict and confusion between the people there. I felt very uneasy. I explained to them I would have to come back and figure out if I could come up with the rest of the money. I had had them get my window up the night before for a small fee to get my window closed until repair. When I asked about getting my $$ back to look around for a another quote, there was a pushy lady that told me that I WILL NOT find anyone cheapier and that will not give me any $ back that I put down. That all of a sudden there was a hold policy. She had a leg injury and was a sofa. This lady made me feel pressured into doing it with them and she was very unprofessional.
