rev:text	Two stars because of good customer service. The employees are always very nice. I always get good portions. The reason for only two stars is because the quality of the food is inconsistent. Enough to where it isn't rare to get a steak burrito with a steak full of gristle. It's gross and annoying having to pick a piece of mashed up steak out of my mouth and toss it aside. It's unavoidable I assume, but I often have over 3 or 4 bites in a burrito where there is a non-consumable piece of gristle. It'a really bad when it's like back to back bites where I'm just pulling slobbery steak out of my mouth because it's unchewable. Also, often times the burritos randomly taste weird. I get the same thing pretty much every time, so I know the standard flavor. The most realistic theory I have is that they are careless and accidentally mix their sauces in with sour cream. This results in an unforeseen tangy flavor in your burrito and if you don't like it, like me, it can ruin the burrito. Lastly, the final issue I noticed on my last visit was particularly nasty. I got the usual steak burrito. There were about 2 or 3 bits of steak that had gristle, so that is a minus all in its own. But the particularly nasty issue was that the steak seemed old and soggy. I wish I was making it up. It was so gross; I didn't finish the burrito. The steak was room temperature, and was just soggy. I can't describe it any better than that. It was like tasteless mush. I can't say I'll never have Chipotle again, but at least for awhile, my eyes will be elsewhere whenever I am looking for a quick lunch.
