  • WHY???? Is this Bank Manager, Chris still employed? My recent experience was outright discrimination! He has no business ethics or customer service skills and demonstrated nothing but a bully attitude. I hope that Chase Bank will do the right thing and fire him. In the interim I will be closing all my accounts because not one person from Chase has bothered to apologize for the non existent customer service.
