I've been here for brunch and dinner. Graze is a solid place to take a friend or co-worker, with a very modern atmosphere and great view of the capitol. You can definitely tell this place uses quality, local ingredients.
I had the corned beef hash for brunch and it was decent. I tried the chilaquiles and it was OK.
In my last visit, I had the Bibimbap for dinner. It was very good, and a generous portion. The server notified me that it was very spicy - I like spicy and I thought it was very tolerable. This dish was great, but if I go somewhere for Bibimbap I'm going back to Sujeo for the hot stone bowl.
Overall this place is worth trying but I haven't had anything that blew me away.
