  • Dear Wanda, OH DEAR WANDA! WHY WHY WHYYYYYYYYYYY. Today I decided to pay y'all a visit. I ordered a slice of the Raspberry Rhubarb pie. It was dull. Tasteless. Unexciting. It failed to tickle me the way pie usually does. Now mind you I was impressed that there was substance to the pie. But it had no taste. Perhaps next time add some sugar, lemon zest and fresh squeezed lemon juice into the fruit mix yes? The pie crust, had an odd not so fresh after taste. It wasn't flakey, couldn't taste the butter. Ops sorry I mean BUTTA . Perhaps next time use butter, ops sorry I mean BUTTA to make your pie crust and do an egg wash and sprinkle some turbinado sugar. When ever you bake a pie you must add flavor to your fruit of choice or its just not going to be that impressive. Ms. Wanda I have faith in you. I really REALLY do so please add the noted changes so I can perhaps give you a more stellar critique. Thank you.
