  • I won't even go into the horrible flight on an antiquated prop plane from Newark to Manchester NH recently. My complaint is with their baggage fees. Round trip, 4 flights and we witnessed United allowing passengers who did not check their bags a "complimentary" check in at the gate at no cost to them. Man, we were rookies paying an additional $100.00 for our bags at baggage check in. Never again United!! I'll walk rather than use your airline again!
