  • Not a great experience with this company. We contacted them, and Blake came out the same day and gave us a pretty fair quote. He asked for a deposit up front for the supplies, so we paid that right away. We wanted our yard finished in time for my son's first birthday party, which he stated he could do. Weeks passed and we kept getting put off, finally, AFTER asking for our money back, the yard was started the day OF my son's birthday party. It took weeks to finish a tiny area of our yard, and the artificial grass that was put in looks terrible; the edges stick up and are uneven with the rest. He was supposed to come back to fix it, but it's been well over a month and that has yet to happen. The rest of the yard did turn out nice, and I am happy with everything other than the artificial grass. Overall terrible communication! He would tell us he'd be there to work on the yard and then not show up at all without letting us know. We were constantly trying to get ahold of him just to stay up to date. Additionally, after the yard was "finished", we were charged more than we were quoted. I told my husband he should not have paid the remainder until the grass was fixed, but he had a little more faith in him than I did, and thought he'd be back. I absolutely will not use them again in the future, and will not be recommending them to any of my family/friends.
