rev:text	I just had to write this about Valentine Volvo Service Dept. My recent encounter was with Theresa. I must say she was as cold with me as they come. And yet, there was another customer behind me and she was very warm with him. I had told her what the car was brought in for, and she treated me like I had no clue whatsoever about my vehicle. I have been a loyal customer of Volvo since the 80's. I perfectly know what my car is doing or not, I do not need her to insult me with her snide remarks. Not sure if I will take my car there again.
