We've stayed many times and will likely do so again. It's a solid stay of average, to occasionally above average. This stay was in a 3 bed 2 bath villa on floor 5 of our favored main building. Tastefully decorated in greens, violets, and earth tones.... Think Tuscany glam with lots of fun textures with some glitz tossed in; after all we are in Vegas baby!
While nearly winter we still had the pools open and heated - YAY!
Check in staff is thoughtful, welcoming and courteous as is the service staff.
Keep in mind we'd be inclined to stay again... But, just have to share the oddities of this stay.
First, after you check in you are required to stand in line again at another [sales] counter to obtain your parking tag. These veeeeerrrry pushy sales people double team you and insist you attend a sales session. Finally - 20+ mins later... Being harassed was enough. They were not taking no for an answer... I hate having to be rude.
Then our frig had a super strong odor of chlorine which made the ice unusable. Housekeeping spent 2 hours re-cleaning it to get the smell out and they brought us a bag of ice. In the meanwhile our ice cream melted.
Also odd, the sink and showers gurgled frequently and sewer odors wafted up.. Gag
Clearly the plumbing is not vented correctly. You have to run water down the gurgling drains regularly to clear.
The TVs are many but all tiny... And the living room one is sooooooo dark it's hard to see. Naturally, the remotes do not allow manual adjustment nor can you adjust on the TV itself! I think it's going out.
In the gym only 1 of 3 recombinant bikes worked.
And, lastly, you need your key to work the elevator - and many times it didn't work till past my floor so I got a reoccurring tour...
Wild weird stuff...
PS-the washer made this very odd tick tick noise like it was loosing all its nuts and bolts..
