  • I just renewed my lease after a year in a Gregg Shimanski property. The building I'm in is affordable, well-maintained and updated. Although there are several properties managed by this company, my experience has been consistently positive- staff are responsive and attentive. Even though they're a large company with many properties, I feel like I'm renting from someone who treats the property as if its their own home.
