  • Hi, Just had to write a review to show my appreciation for Tim (HVAC technician) who was at our house last week to perform a repair. He was persistent in his efforts to find a very small Freon leak in our copper tubing. Once found, he did a very professional and efficient job of extracting the remaining Freon, patching the leak, and then re-filling the Freon to the proper level. He stayed with us long enough to be sure that the leak was patched, and the unit had achieved the proper pressure and cooling differentials. All during his time with us, he displayed the utmost in customer service by answering all of my questions and explaining where he was in the repair process. It was a pleasure having Tim out to do our repair and I highly recommend him to other customers. Thanks Tim!!!
