  • My friends got this limousine service for my bachelorette party Saturday, October 24, 2015. The bus showed up and the driver Kurt was extremely unfriendly and made it clear that he was just a point to point limousine driver. When I asked him where the light switches were and how to use them all he said was it's in the back. No help whatsoever didn't even greet us or say hello or even congratulate me. We went to one place for about 20 minutes and then went to our dinner reservations at grand River cellers.after dinner about 9 o'clock we decided that we were going to go to our next destination. When my friends went to check on it in the pouring rain they found the bus driver outside with the hood open to a dead bus. The bus driver was not accommodating whatsoever and told us that he couldn't do anything until he talk to his boss, which we understood. Another bus, a very small one arrived and was attempting to jump the bus that we had.The entire time the bus driver, Kurt, was talking about how he can't believe how they were supposed to replace the battery three weeks ago and they didnt. I was getting upset so I went out and said to the new bus driver, Robert, can we please just take this bus we're killing time it's already 1030 can we just get to our next destination. He said sure so we got all of our stuff and put it on the very small bus and he contacted his boss and they said it was fine. We settled for a destination near our hotel, since we already had lost an hour of our time. After he dropped us off at Redhawk we asked him if he would come back to get us and take us back to the hotel and he said he wasn't sure he could do that. We reserve the bus until midnight. He did end up coming back to get us and took us to the paninis where we only stayed for five minutes because they were closing. We then went back to the hotel and ended our night. When my friend who booked the bus called the woman on the phone was very rude to her. her name is Amanda. She said well, we sent you another bus and it took you to Panini's. They only offered $100 off for our time that we sat in a cold bus on a rainy night where we were supposed to be celebrating my bachelorette party. I will never ever ever recommend this limousine company to anyone. We should've had at least half of our bill cut but we didn't. And when she checked her bank account they still charged her $707!!!!!!
