I'm a tenant, and the owner of the home I rent lives in China. Easter morning I woke up to a puddle in front of my freezer. Monday morning I called my property management company, but they couldn't get in touch with the owner. They got ASC on the case on Wednesday, having given up on the owner. ASC made an appt. with me for Thursday morning for an inspection. They didn't have the part, said they'd call Friday. Friday I got a call saying they would have a new fridge to me by Wednesday, 11 days after my appliance died. I asked if they had any way to move that up, and they called in someone on Saturday morning to swap it all out. Everyone I spoke with was kind, and they really helped me out of a tough situation, so I'll be calling them any time I need services of this sort.
