  • If you're looking to rent and the house is managed by this firm, just don't. Save yourself the headache and money of dealing with Stefanie. She's as unprofessional as she is sloppy and it shows upon first meeting. Even if you have proof of damages prior to move in, they hold your security deposit. Just don't.
