| - I went to an event on Saturday 4/29. It was an all day event so I will give them a pass on the seats. But the restrooms are atrocious. They are really bad. I guess when you are one of the few places where you have 5000 seats, you can pretty much dictate how little you care about the patrons visiting there. Some stalls had lights out, which in its own isn't to bad, but there were whole urinals missing with a black trash bag sitting over it. The restrooms smelled bad. This is a venue that holds events for 5000 people and stalls and urinals are busted during these sold out events?
My wife's description of the women's restroom was not much better.
Comerica Theatre, please try and act like you care about your patrons. If was the CEO of Comerica Bank, I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with this venue.
I've been to Chase Field, Talking Stick Arena, University of Phoenix Stadium, Memorial Coliseum, and ASU stadium where there is over 15,000 patrons visiting there and I would have to say, Comerica Theatre's restroom was worse than the two really old buildings (ASU and Memorial). The other 3 venues know how to make their restrooms not feel gross.
The overall venue was fine, accustics sounded great, but man those restrooms were bad.
