  • Didn't even realize this was a hotel restaurant until I started my review! Went for dinner with co-workers and we had a great meal. For starters we ordered the Shishito Peppers which were good, but not charred enough for my liking. Everyone else loved them! We ordered the grilled pork belly and fried oysters as well. Both were delicious. For our meals we ordered the Arctic Char and Prime Flat Iron, all were mouthwateringly good! Drinks were plenty and they have a great wine menu. WHen I'm in Phoenix again, i will definitely be back!
