  • Why it took me 1.5yrs since I moved to Vegas to write about my regular spot baffles me. Let me start off by saying that I was not a big sushi lover to begin with. But after a visit to Sen, I was quickly sucked into the hypnotizing world of sushi. I now come here about once or twice a month with my fiance and it is our jam! We don't eat shell fish so I can't vouch for those items, but any of their fish sashimi or negiri is amazinggg. So fresh, CLEAN, tasty, delicate and refined. The albacore is my favorite- feels like a pillow puff in my mouth. The staff is incredible as well. They all have the extensive menus memorized, so attentive and professional. To sum it up, you're getting Nobu quality but better tasting for half the price.
