  • My first experience as an ER patient. Went in early Thursday morning for severe abdominal pain. An empty waiting room greeted me and the receptionist made me fill out only a minimum of paperwork. Done with that, three friendly staff members received me as soon as I entered the main hallway. I was treated quickly and efficiently. An EKG, CAT scan, blood work, and a urine check were all performed in under three hours. I am extremely needle-phobic but staff did an exceptional job in putting in the IV they needed to administer fluids and painkillers. The doctor was kind and courteous. I hope never to return to an emergency room but if I have to, I definitely want to come back here.
