  • There are few Japanese restaurants that offer both sushi and ramen, so I was hoping Umami would fit the bill. Unfortunately, the ramen pales in comparison to the rich broth and melt-in-your-mouth pork that you will find in locales that specialize in ramen. Don't order the ramen here. The teriyaki beef was rather tough and overly smothered with sauce. Also disappointing. Might be worth another visit to try the AYCE sushi, whose menu is enormous.
